I love this little girl print. Why do I love it? I like the subtle roundness of the butterfly shape with the harsher blocks of white. I'm kind of a digital nerd and I made this art print after teasing my husband a little about the pixels in his video game designs. I'm not a fan of being able to see the pixels so this was my artistic rebellion of that in a way where my little blocks were intended. Ha, ha! This little beauty shown here in pink is one of the latest prints in my Etsy shop. As always... all of my prints are available in 24 colors.

Can't decide on a color? You might be surprised at how almost every color combination somehow goes together. My husband is to blame for my interest in odd color choices at times because he taught me that any 2 colors can go together. I don't always agree, but then again... there is some method to that ~~madness~~ ... ummm... theory. Ha, ha!

I also shouldn't be the first one to argue color though because I found out that my eyes don't exactly see color as they should either. I guess I'm one of those rare women with some colorblindness, but hey - I'm a little more daring in my color choices and it's not always a bad thing! Although it could have gotten me into some trouble when I picked out baby blue paper for my brother's wedding instead of pink as it should have been... thank goodness for my husband who pointed that one out to me. Ha!

So take a look at some color and pick out something you usually wouldn't try. Which OWL would you pick? I prefer this one in "Bark" or "Mustard" because they just seem like the right ones for my home and decor... which one did I pick to put up on my wall? Rust. Yep. It wasn't what I would have picked at first glance, but it's perfect because it's a little different and that's just the way I like it.

By far this has become my favorite art print so far! I know I shouldn't have a favorite, but I love how this one looks both framed and unframed. I don't consider myself much of an artist, but I love the balance {or lack of balance} in this print too. I wasn't intending for the final design to look like this at all. It sort of came after an attempt at a different print that ended up being a total fail. I guess good things come to those who make mistakes... oh, wait! Good things come to those who try again. However the saying goes... it turned out better than expected in the end. Numbers, circles, 24 color options... this print is perfect for a boy or girl. I can just see it framed in "charcoal" with an ultra sleek silver or chrome picture frame and a white mat... but wait, it would be adorable in "berry" with a distressed brown shabby look too. Oh, the possibilities... how would you frame it?

Alphabet Prints

I'm in love with all things related to the alphabet. Maybe it's the kindergarten teacher in me, but I love making prints with a touch of typography for my kids. I like how they look on the wall and it melts my heart when my daughter points to the letters and reads them. I remember teaching my students the different between the letter "a" when it is written versus when it is typed out. I love how they coordinate with all of the other prints in my shop too. Numbers, letters, robots, flowers... they all seem to go together in some way and I can't get enough of it. I'm so tempted to make a collage of wall art in my little girl's room that covers the entire wall... if my husband would let me!

Girls Love Flowers

Ooh La La! What a fun set of prints for little girls. I absolutely love the lollipop vintage look of these simple and fun flowers. They are sure to grab lots of attention grouped in a set of 3 or 4 on your wall. I love mixing and matching these with other prints from the Trendography Prints Collection like the "Alpha Numeric" and "Bloom" or "Blossom" prints. My daughter's room is pink, green and yellow so of course I need to put some of the beauties up in her room. I love when my little girl starts singing her ABC's when she looks at the prints up on her wall. Love it!

Boys Love Robots

I created this set of six robot prints for my little guy's bedroom when I couldn't find any robot prints in major retail stores that were simple and fun without being too cutesie and colorful. I fell in love with these while making them and I coudn't decide if I wanted all six of them or whether to mix and match them with other prints in my stockpile. I finally picked four of them along with four other prints so I have a collage of eight prints on my wall. They take up a lot less space than I thought and I wish I had added two more on the end to begin with for a total of 10 prints. Maybe someday I'll take them all down, patch the nail holes and put up a set of 12 even. The best part is watching my baby try to grab the pictures each time I change his diaper on the changing table. I think he likes them too!
